My Approach
You don’t have to walk this path alone.
Together, we tune in to your body, examine the imprints of past generations, and honor the quiet wisdom you already carry.
Is This for You?
My work often resonates with people navigating the aftershocks of trauma or prolonged stress—often felt as chronic tension, emotional numbness, buzzing anxiety, or simmering anger and unease.
I work well with people who:
Feel like they’re always holding it together—just barely
Long for deep connection but struggle to trust
Hold space for others—clients, loved ones, communities—but rarely feel truly held themselves
Have glimpsed awakening but find it hard to embody in their relationships
Sense that their boundaries hold both wisdom and walls—and want to discern the difference
Know there is something sacred inside the pain and are ready to meet it with courage
What Happens in Session
Sessions are spacious yet attuned, and rooted in deep training and embodied presence. The work unfolds at a pace your system can genuinely receive. Together, we gently track the body’s impulses and the heart’s quiet directives. You’ll learn to support gentle shifts between activation and settling, helping your system move toward greater balance and resilience.
As you grow more in touch to your body’s signals, you’ll begin to navigate life’s natural ebb and flow with greater presence and trust. This steady attunement creates the foundation to meet your inner child with curiosity and compassion and to access the grounded presence and inner and outer resources needed to respond confidently to life’s challenges.
Over time, this work restores vitality, deepens connection, and renews your felt sense of aliveness.
My work is informed by clinical experience, my own long path of healing, and spiritual inquiry. Sessions are intuitive and responsive, drawing from a range of modalities that emerge naturally through our shared listening:
Somatic Experiencing® — for nervous system repair, regulation, and reorganization
Dynamic Attachment Repatterning — gentle work for early-life bonding wounds
Inner Relationship Focusing — a way to meet parts of yourself with empathy
Nonviolent Communication — softening language with self and others and listening to emotions with curiosity
Traditional Chinese Medicine — to harmonize the physical and energetic body
Mindfulness-based embodiment grounded in non-dual awareness — honoring the truth of your inherent wholeness beyond appearances
For in-person sessions, bodywork may include craniosacral unwinding, somatic touch work, and/or acupuncture.
Working Together
50-minute sessions via Zoom (in-person in Louisville, KY available upon request)
Our work unfolds at a pace shaped by your unique process. Some begin with consistent weekly sessions; others space them out over time. We’ll find a rhythm that allows the work to deepen without overwhelm.
Some clients work with me over seasons of life, returning when a deeper layer is ready to emerge.
I keep my practice small so each client gets steady, focused support. When my roster is full, I maintain a waitlist. If that happens, I’ll share trusted referrals so you’re supported in the meantime.
